When I was trying to conceive, and then navigating IVF, I was constantly trying to make sure I was getting enough nutrients in my diet. It was a constant battle of ensuring I was eating enough of the good stuff that my body desperately needed to have a positive IVF outcome. It can be overwhelming and difficult when trying to conceive, but smoothies really simplified this for me. I found it helpful to have a smoothie every morning. It allowed me to start my day with a highly nutritious meal, full of fertility boosting ingredients like protein, leafy greens, fruits and veggies, and healthy fats!
