4 Fertility Boosting Smoothies When TTC

If you’re working on optimizing your fertility (egg and sperm health), we’ve gathered a list of 4 must-try smoothies for your fertility journey!

When I was on my fertility journey and then navigating fertility treatments (IVF), I was constantly trying to ensure I was getting enough fertility boosting nutrients in my diet. It was a daily battle of trying to eat enough of the good stuff that my body desperately needed to have a positive outcome, but not stressing too much since there was already so much on my plate.

It can be overwhelming and difficult when trying to conceive, but smoothies really simplified this for me, especially mornings when you're navigating early morning fertility monitoring appointments, but want to make sure you aren't skipping breakfast, which is a big no-no (ahem, skipping meals messes with your hormones). Smoothies allowed me to start my day with a fertility-friendly meal, full of fertility boosting ingredients like protein, greens, fruits and veggies, seeds, and other healthy fats. Here are 5 fertility-friendly smoothies for your journey too.
